EDIT: Perhaps you need to verify game files in Steam? For compatibility's sake I would suggest to switch your whole game to English, far less issues and no need to wait for someone to translate a mod to your language, or to spend the time yourself to translate everything. ! (never heard about it crashing the game tho, just messing with names). That would be my best guess. Honestly, I have looked at this multiple times but I dont seem to figure this out I just noticed that Skyrim (with Dawnguard.esm) is available to play and does not crash upon launching when I change the Steam language to English.
